I wish that the rich people would see money for what it is, a means to an end. Nothing more, nothing less. When having one more million dollars is going to form the impetus for exploiting others, you have to ask yourself if that is how you want to define your existence.

The poor and downtrodden will grab all they can, because they need all they can get. And so they subject themselves to the will of the powerful and rich for the sake of money.

Accumulation of wealth has become the new religion which more than replaces the doing of good deeds, the joy of life and realising our existence is just a transient image.

I swear that my children will see more than dollars and cents in the world. Love of money does not equate to a loving your life.

Much agreed. Too many of us are materialistic and do not appreciate the finer points in life.
